Return Policy

Each artwork by D.A. Merrick is printed to order using archival materials. As such, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Damaged or Defective Prints:

If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. I will reach out to my print partner (Artelo) to request a replacement. Please note that replacements are not guaranteed, but I will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Due to differences in screen calibration, the colors you see on your device may vary slightly from the final printed artwork.
